Dancing definitely has sporting components

Fitness is one of the most important factors in dance sport.

 

If you have combined endurance, strength and flexibility in your body, it is much easier to redefine yourself while dancing.

It's not important to me to know when a muscle gets tired, what happens when the trainer cheers, etc.. Scientists can certainly measure and document that.

 

That's not my job as a trainer, coach and consultant. But I can see and judge the effects of fitness on dancing.

An improved condition means that you can dance more freely and decide on new ideas for movement while you are still dancing. You can integrate what you have learned more quickly. The body looks fresher and is in a "performance state" that can call up top performance. If you're not “fit”, you can't do any of that.

 

Many ask: Should I go for a run? Should I go to the gym? Many go, many not at all.

 

What is right? I definitely believe in what you like to do yourself. If I'm a fitness type and love the fitness units with weights etc., then that's something for me too. If I don't like jogging, I shouldn't do it. With great certainty I get all the necessary fitness characteristics done with the sport-specific movements. It is enough just to dance. However, I do not want to rule out the possibility that extended training will not also help. The important thing is: Believe in it, then it will be of some use!

 

7. The fitness package
 

 

 

All classes: ( sample package )

 

2 hours, learn dance exercises that are useful for a lifetime.

2 hours for all dances to understand and differentiate final dances.

1 hours the planning and conception of the training week.

 

 

 

The following requirements should be met for this package:

 

1. I have a permanent dance partner with whom I will take these lessons.

2. I go to dance training at least 2-3 times a week for about 1.5 hours or more.

3. I already have basic knowledge of all dances

4. I am over 13 years old. 

 

For special conditions, an appointment for discussion is agreed in advance.
